shipping/exchange Policy

All KRIKKETT designs are made to order. Most designs are available to ship in 1 -2 weeks. Shipping is sent through Stamp.com with tracking. Krikkett Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged, stolen or lost in transit

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us right away so that we can correct any mistake free of charge. KRIKKETT will accept items for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.

NOTE: For your security, please use an insured courier (USPS Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. KRIKKETT is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
